At eSIMTravely.com, customer satisfaction is important, but due to the nature of our digital products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
We offer refunds only in the following cases:

eSIM not delivered within 30 minutes and not recoverable
 - 
eSIM cannot be activated due to provider issues (not user error or incompatible device)
 - 
Duplicate orders or mistaken purchases, within 1 hour and unused
 
No Refunds in These Cases:
- 
Wrong device (must support eSIM & be carrier-unlocked)
 - 
Customer changed mind after purchase
 - 
No signal in the selected country (check coverage map before purchase)
 - 
Incorrect scanning or manual activation

Include: Order ID, reason, device model, and screenshots
 - 
Allow 2–5 business days for investigation and response
 
We reserve the right to refuse any refund if abuse is suspected.
