These Terms govern your access to and use of eSIMTravely.com and its services, owned by Digispire LLC.

1. Services

We provide digital eSIM plans for mobile data and/or voice, using authorized third-party API providers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. eSIM Delivery & Activation

• Delivery is instant via email or dashboard

• Activation requires a compatible eSIM-supported device

• We are not liable for failed activation due to user error or device incompatibility

4. Payments

• All prices are listed in USD

• Payments processed via trusted gateways like Stripe or PayPal

• You authorize us to charge your payment method at checkout

5. User Conduct

You agree to NOT:

• Resell eSIMs without permission

• Use services for fraud, scams, or illegal activity

• Attempt to hack or misuse our platform

• 
  

6. Service Availability

We work with multiple providers, but we cannot guarantee 100% availability in all regions at all times.

7. Refunds

Refunds are only eligible in very limited cases. See our Refund Policy below.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Device compatibility issues

• Local network outages

• Failures caused by third-party providers

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.
